Additionally, the customer is informed that the quote will be valid for up to one calendar day following its issuance and in the event that the transfer is not made within this period, the order must be placed again.
Spare part quote: (i) Product(s); (ii) Price(s) of the product(s); (iii) Total without VAT; (iv) VAT; (v) Shipping with VAT (This cost will be quoted at each Mundimotos by the convenient carrier); (vi) Total with VAT; and (vii) Amount due. Additionally, the customer is informed that the quote will be valid for up to one calendar day following its issuance and in the event that the transfer is not made within this period, the order must be placed again.
Payment method and information required to complete the payment. Customers are informed that the product(s) ordered will be shipped once Mundimotos has actually received the money in its bank account, regardless of the payment method used to complete the purchase.
After the customer makes the payment and Mundimotos confirms it, a confirmation will be sent to the customer's email that the payment for the requested product(s) has been made, which will contain the following information:

Once the product has been received, Mundimotos will, after analyzing the particular case, decide whether or not the withdrawal is appropriate, under the following terms:

Warranty Process
