TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION IN THE “MundiGO” COMPETITION

The “ MundiGO ” contest (hereinafter “the Activity”) is a commercial activity, in which the participants (who will be referred to individually as “the Participant” and jointly as “the Participants”), put their skill and/or ability into play to achieve a required result, in order to become winners of a prize (hereinafter the winner).

  1. COMPETITION MANAGER

The Contest will be conducted by MUNDIAL DE REPUESTOS DE MOTOS SAS, with NIT 811.044.788-6, with registered office in Medellín (Antioquia) (Mundimotos) or “the Company”).

  1. VALIDITY

 

The 30,000 Bonus will be given to people who make purchases greater than 120,000 from March 1 to 16, 2024 and will have space for redemption from March 1, 2024 to April 14, 2024

  1. REQUIREMENTS TO PARTICIPATE

  • Be a natural person.
  • Be over eighteen (18) years old.
  • Be domiciled in Colombian territory.
  • Fully comply with what is described in point five (5) of this document regarding the mechanics of the Contest.
  • Make a purchase of any product at Mundimotos retail stores.
  • Accept the terms and conditions of the Contest set forth in this document.
  • Authorize the collection and processing of Personal Data to the Company, under the conditions set forth in point eight (8) of this document.
  • Does not apply to employees of The Companies.

  • CONSIDERATIONS:
  • Winners will be notified immediately at the commercial establishment where the contest is being held and where the rules for this purpose have been followed.
  • The vouchers included in this Contest may be redeemed by the winners from March 1, 2024 to April 14, 2024, at any Mundimotos Colombia location.
  • Prizes will be awarded on a personal basis; however, the prize may be transferred by the winner to a third party with written authorization, except for the vehicle.
  • It is not exchangeable, compensable or redeemable for cash, and will be delivered to the winner once he or she becomes the winner at the venue where he or she is entitled to it.
  • Prize Delivery Method: The Prizes will be delivered at Mundimotos retail establishments:

Bogotá Caracas : Cl. 17 #15-9, Bogotá, Colombia.

Medellín Bayadera : CL. 38 #52-30, Medellín, Antioquia.

Cali : CL. #15-42, Cali, Valle del Cauca.

Pereira : CL 12ª #11-06, Pereira Colombia

Bucaramanga : Cra 17b #46-19, La Concordia Neighborhood.

 

  • The Prize will be awarded only to the winner. If the winner is unable to receive or use the Prize, they will not be entitled to any other product or any other compensation.
  1. and the compliance of Mundimotos is recorded at the time of delivery of the Prize.

  1. GENERAL CONDITIONS OF THE COMPETITION.
  • If fraud is identified by a Participant, he or she may be disqualified at any time.
  • Any violation of the terms and conditions will result in the immediate disqualification of the Participant.
  • Mundimotos will not assume any liability for failure to comply with its obligations when such total or partial failure is due to causes or circumstances constituting force majeure or fortuitous event, as defined by law.
  • Mundimotos reserves the right to modify all or part of the terms and conditions of the Contest, for which it shall only notify the Participants.
  • Each Participant authorizes the Companies to use, display, disseminate and publish on different digital platforms, media or the Companies' website, photographs, images, voice, interpretation, biographical information and/or statements and in publications and other promotional materials that the organizers wish to make during the Contest or after it ends, without the right to receive compensation, remuneration or payment of any kind for said publications.
  • Participation in the Contest implies knowledge and acceptance of the conditions established in this document for its development.
  • The applicable legislation will be that in force in Colombia.
  • Applies only to natural persons; therefore, legal entities are excluded.

  1. CONDITIONS AND RESTRICTIONS FOR THE REDEMPTION OF THE BOND.

 

  • To redeem the Mundimotos voucher, the winner must present and physically deliver the voucher and provide the advisor with their contact information (name, ID, cell phone number, email, address).
  • When using the Mundimotos voucher, it can be redeemed for any of the products and services offered by Mundimotos.
  • The Mundimotos voucher is a form of payment that the holder can redeem for products and services at any of our physical points of sale nationwide.
  • Mundimotos vouchers cannot be combined with other discounts or promotions. In this case, products purchased using Mundimotos vouchers or vouchers from sponsoring brands as payment methods are not eligible for a discount.
  • Under no circumstances and for no reason may the Mundimotos voucher be redeemed for cash, even in the case of merchandise returns, in which case the winner must choose another product from the warehouse.
  • Mundimotos vouchers are for single redemption and for the total value they are recorded.
  • Credit balances will not be processed in cases where the economic value of the products and services purchased is less than the economic value of the voucher. If the economic value of the products and services purchased is greater than the economic value of the voucher, the customer must pay the excess in cash or another form of payment to complete the total value of the purchased products.

  1. AUTHORIZATION FOR THE COLLECTION AND USE OF PERSONAL DATA AND PRIVACY NOTICE.

Considering that each Participant

In accordance with Law 1581 of 2012, the Data Owner may, at any time: a) Know, Update, and Rectify his or her personal data; b) Request proof of the authorization granted; c) Be informed upon request regarding the use that has been given to his or her personal data; d) File complaints with the Superintendency of Industry and Commerce for violations of the provisions of the Law; e) Revoke authorization and/or request the deletion of data when the Processing does not respect the constitutional and legal principles, rights, and guarantees; f) Access his or her personal data that has been subject to Processing free of charge.

  1. MODIFICATIONS TO THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS.

Mundimotos reserves the right to revise and modify the terms and conditions contained herein at any time. Participants agree to be bound by any such modifications, which will be effective upon their being shared with Participants through posting by any means.

  1. ACCEPTANCE.

Participation in the Contest implies, on the part of the Participant, knowledge, understanding and acceptance of the terms and conditions set forth herein.
